Location: Austin, TX/Bay Area, CA/Remote
Full-time with Centific
We are looking for an USA-based AI Industry Recruiter to join our Global Recruitment team. You will focus on attracting, screening, and... selecting US-resident participants to Centific s projects for the development of accessible and inclusive AI, both for general and health-related applications. Our projects and studies are usually performed onsite in Centific offices or in our client premises and require many participants from all demographics, backgrounds and conditions to ensure AI is not biased to any specific groups.
Candidate will be based in Austin, Texas, or the Bay Area, and have previous experience in this type of recruitment or similar volume hiring projects.
Your Role and Responsibilities
? Attracting, screening, and endorsing suitable candidates to participate in Centific s AI data collection projects in the required US-based locations, and grow our community of collaborators in the country.
? Following recruiting goals dictated by project needs, organization plans and overall team strategy.
? Recruiting and managing a team of freelance recruiters in major US locations to build a local community of interested associations and individuals interested to participate in these projects, and to support with volume hiring when there are active projects. Major locations are Redmond, WA, New York City, Bay Area, Austin, and Houston.
? Running campaigns to attract new talent in the required locations. Working with existing recruitment channels and expanding new talent sources as necessary in social and digital media, universities and academic environments, Internet sites and online/on-site organizations or communities of users that share common experiences or interests that are relevant to our projects.
? Partnership with the marketing team to create new specific local contents to attract the best candidates and work with already available content for campaigns.
? Determining applicants suitability following pre-defined qualification methodologies, both by comparing qualifications to job requirements, analysing communication and responses, and interviewing applicants.
? Managing the qualification process by sending tests to candidates when applicable.
? Negotiating rates with candidates according to the project requirements. Assessing best rates achievable.
? Processing and archiving collaboration agreements, NDAs, ICFs and any other documentation needed.
? Reporting results of the projects/programs under your responsibility, during execution phase and postmortem.
? Additional duties as required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
? 5+ years of experience recruiting in the US market.
? Previous experience in the recruitment for AI data and/or clinical research projects OR experience in volume hiring in other industries preferred.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus.
? Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel.
