• **Quick Turnaround:** For short-term rentals, units must be cleaned in a 3-4 hour window betwern the hours of 10am-4pm. Whether you finish in 1 hour or it takes all 4, you?ll receive the same flat rate

• **Own Transportation:** Reliable transportation is required to reach properties.

• **More Work for High Performers:** If you prove efficient, you can pick up multiple properties in a day, with many located within the same general area.
