As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our hosts and guests, ensuring their experience with AirBNB is seamless and enjoyable.


Requirements



  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy

  • Provide accurate information about reservations, policies, and services

  • Assist hosts with listing management and guest communication

  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service

  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information

Educational Qualifications
