? * Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for devices and digital services.
? * Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and actions taken.

? Required Skills and Qualifications
? * Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
? * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
