Amazon FBA & Walmart Marketplace Consultant
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon FBA & FBM Consultant to help optimize sales, streamline processes, and drive growth for our Amazon store. In addition, we will need support in populating and managing our Walmart marketplace account. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central, a deep understanding of marketplace policies, and expertise in both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) strategies, along with knowledge of Walmart marketplace operations.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Analyze current sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Develop and implement automated pricing strategies using recommended integrated tools (currently testing Repricing Central).
Provide recommendations on other tactics to boost sales and traffic.
Product Listing Optimization (Amazon & Walmart):
Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for both Amazon and Walmart platforms.
Enhance product images, A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and listings on Walmart Marketplace.
Improve product rankings and conversion rates on both Amazon and Walmart.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Optimize inventory levels and forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Set up replenishment strategies within FBA and improve inventory turn rates, including alerts or systems as needed.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate and refine order fulfillment, returns, and customer service workflows.
Automate and streamline operational processes for efficiency.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing management, customer inquiries, and dispute resolution.
Performance Monitoring & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to Amazon and Walmart policies to prevent account suspensions.
Assist in resolving issues related to account health, listings, and policy violations on both platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing and scaling Amazon FBA & FBM businesses.
Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and related tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.).
Experience managing and populating Walmart Marketplace accounts.
Strong experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).
Familiarity with multi-channel selling (eBay, Walmart, Shopify).
Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools for Amazon and Walmart businesses.
