As an Amazon Flex Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their packages in a timely and efficient manner. The primary responsibility of this role is to pick up packages from designated Amazon locations and deliver them to customers’ homes or businesses. You will use your own vehicle and smartphone to navigate and complete deliveries within a specified time frame. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.


• Valid driver? license and clean driving record.


• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration.


• Smartphone with access to GPS and the Amazon Flex app.


• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.


• Strong time management and organizational skills.


• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick up packages from designated Amazon locations.


• Deliver packages to customers?omes or businesses.


• Follow delivery instructions and routes as provided by the Amazon Flex app.


• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.


• Track and report any issues or delays encountered during deliveries.


• Ensure the safety and security of packages during transit.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
