Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Amazon Lex Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced conversational AI solutions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating voice and chat-enabled experiences using Amazon Lex and other AWS services. Key Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and deploy conversational chatbots and voice assistants using Amazon Lex. ? Integrate Amazon Lex with other AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch to create dynamic and scalable applications. ? Develop custom slots, intents, and fulfillment logic to enhance the chatbot?s capabilities. ? Implement and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models for seamless interactions. ? Test, debug, and refine chatbot applications to ensure reliability and scalability. ? Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing chatbot solutions. ? Document processes, workflows, and architectural designs. ? Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, NLP, and AWS technologies to continually improve bot performance and user experience.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ? Hands-on experience in building conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex. ? Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.). ? Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) principles. ? Experience in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java. ? Ability to design and implement integrations with third-party APIs and systems. ? Familiarity with other AI/ML platforms (e.g., Amazon Polly, Amazon Rekognition) is a plus. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
