Job Description

Amazon is seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented individuals to join our delivery team in the Michigan area as Amazon Package Drivers. As an Amazon Package Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers’ doorsteps. This role is crucial to our mission of exceeding customer expectations and delivering smiles.

As a package driver, you will operate a delivery vehicle, follow a designated route, and deliver a wide range of packages, from small parcels to larger items. Our drivers are essential to the seamless operation of our delivery network, and we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license


• Clean driving record


• Must be at least 21 years old


• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs


• Excellent time-management skills


• Strong customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages into the delivery vehicle


• Follow a pre-planned delivery route


• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages


• Communicate with customers and dispatch team


• Adhere to safety protocols and traffic laws


• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any issues


• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience
