Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of Amazon.
Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
