Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and support tasks. As a fully remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from home while helping us deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
? Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
? Assist with order processing, tracking, and management
? Conduct product research and data entry
? Maintain accurate records and documentation
? Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues
? Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements
? Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
? Familiarity with Amazon?s platforms and tools is a plus
? High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Must be located within the United States
? Must be able to pass a background check
? Must have a quiet and professional workspace

Education & Experience
? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
? At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
