Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for American Express, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to card members. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account management. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to uphold the company s reputation for excellent service.

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Strong communication skills

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities

5. Customer service experience preferred

6. Proficiency in computer skills

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers

2. Assist customers with account inquiries and issue resolution

3. Provide product information and recommendations

4. Process payments and account adjustments

5. Maintain accurate customer records

Educational Qualifications:
