Job Description

Requirements

? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Apple products and services
? Provide product recommendations and support to enhance the customer experience
? Document and track customer interactions and issues in the customer service database
? Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in a related field (preferred but not required) or equivalent work experience.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a remote setting, is highly desirable.
