**Job Description:**

As an Apple Online Technical Advisor, your primary role will be to provide personalized support and solutions to Apple customers regarding a range of Apple products and services. Engaging with customers through live chat, email, and other online platforms, you will troubleshoot issues, provide product advice, and ensure a satisfying customer experience. **Requirements:**
