What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Supervise production employees and oversee production and shipping schedules
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to employees
• Support plant administration and ensure compliance with policies
• Drive safety improvements and ensure SOP compliance
• Identify Lean opportunities to eliminate waste

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Associate?s Degree OR equivalent experience required
• 1 to 3 years of stability in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics
• Forklift operations experience required
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and P&L experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
