What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and care providers
• Assess client eligibility and specific needs for backup care services
• Conduct research and provide referrals for backup care options
• Document all client interactions and support issues in the case management system
• Maintain high client satisfaction by meeting call center performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a child care and/or adult care setting
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM database systems
• Bilingual communication skills
• Knowledge of backup care services and family care needs
