What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Maintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the project for the Beaker Clinical EHR build team
? Set clear expectations for team members and define their responsibilities at each phase of the project
? Coordinate activities with the EHR Program Director and other project managers/team managers
? Ensure engagement of the business community in the project
? Serve as a liaison between organizational needs and Epic implementation staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 7 years of Beaker experience
? 7 years of experience with Health Information Technology (HIT) projects
? Experience with developing and maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project
? Highly proficient knowledge of PMI standards for project management
? Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Certification in project management (PMP)
? Experience working with Epic software in a healthcare setting
? Knowledge of healthcare application interoperability
? Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project management
