Annotator: $41 per valid audio hour

Quality Assurance (QA): $30 per valid audio hour

Annotator > Quality Inspector > Supervisor (limited positions available) Key Responsibilities: As an Annotator: ? Carefully transcribe audio according to guidelines and submit your work. ? Collaborate on modifications based on quality feedback. As a Quality Inspector (QA): ? Evaluate and enhance the quality of annotations. ? Provide constructive feedback to annotators for improvement. ? Return low-level errors to annotators for correction without extended assistance. As a Supervisor: ? Receive additional compensation for management responsibilities. ? Train new team members on platform operations and procedures. ? Answer questions and provide guidance, leading regular review meetings. ? Monitor and assess team quality, selecting newly qualified annotators and inspectors. ? Assist the Project Manager in managing team dynamics, including notifications, data conditions, and feedback. What We Need: ? Native speaker of Bashkir. ? Experience in transcription. ? Strong reading comprehension skills in English. ? Ability to commit 3-4 hours of work per day.
