What You'll Do:
? Sell and service a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment.
? Provide exceptional service by clearly explaining the features and benefits of various policies.
? Liaise with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks like paperwork and policy renewals.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and policyholders.
? Adapt to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales.

Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or GED ? Customer Service or Insurance Sales Experience preferred ? Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus ? Valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)

Experience & Skills:
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
? Basic computer knowledge with strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Proven track record of dependability and ethical behavior.
? Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
