Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...
? Engage in text-based online chats as a chat moderator
? Welcome and engage players as they enter chat rooms, encourage participation, and foster a friendly atmosphere
? Build rapport and develop long-lasting relationships with the players
? Maintain the solid reputation of our brand
? Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the chat room
? Establish and maintain positive relationships with players through open communication
? Provide regular updates on promotions, personalized services, and site-related information
? Ensure players follow chat room etiquette guidelines
? Assist players with information regarding the games and the mini-games
? Host scheduled chat games to entertain players

Qualifications

Components for success. You...
? Have fluency in English
? Possess excellent communication, computer, and time management skills
? Are available to work on shifts
? Can build trust and positive relationships with customers through consistent engagement and interactive communication
? Have a tactful and diplomatic approach to enforcing chat rules and guidelines while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere
? Are diplomatic, patient, and able to handle demanding situations
? Can work independently and within a team, prioritizing tasks effectively
