Job description: Full Job Description
Our company is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable and friendly Bookkeeper/Assistant
with an accounting background highly preferred to perform the following duties on a part time basis:
? Assist with bookkeeping duties, recording daily transactions.
? Reconcile credit card accounts.
? Assist with monitoring actual expenses to budget and financial statement analysis.
? Prepare regular reports to provide to management team. Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
? Assist Accounting Administrator with tasks, as needed.
This is a part time position. Hourly rate is up to $25 p/hour based on experience.

Qualifications
? Previous Bookkeeping experience
? Quickbooks Online experience
? Document/spreadsheet proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets)
? General Accounting knowledge, excellent math skills and attention to detail
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
