Business Development Manager - Apprenticeships

? Responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients.
? Sell Leadership & Management training solutions.
? Grow national apprenticeship starts.
? Conduct briefings for apprenticeship learners and managers.
? Schedule regular service meetings to provide support to clients.
? Ensure timely production of business proposals.

Requirements: ? Experience working in business development is essential. ? A proven track record in building relationships and booking qualified appointments. ? Experience working in/with apprenticeship training providers is highly desired. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly form connections at all levels. ? A customer-orientated attitude with the ability to engage with a wide range of prospects and clients. ? Practical skills to deliver independently. ? Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments. ? A professional, enthusiastic, organised, and driven approach to your work.
