What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications for software development projects
• Create documentation for existing undocumented systems and perform data analysis
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and developers
• Develop project charters, functional requirements, wireframes, and test plans for quality assurance
• Analyze legacy schema and redesign it for improved systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a developer, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management
• Proven experience in writing system requirements and technical documentation
• Proficiency in database schema design based on client requirements
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in managing databases with SQL Server Management Studio or similar IDEs
• Familiarity with data migrations and reporting tools like Crystal Reports or SSRS
• Background in application design and implementation within various phases of the software development lifecycle
