What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer and respond to inbound telephone inquiries from policy beneficiaries and other stakeholders
• Review policy contracts to determine coverage applicability for claims
• Maintain communication with management regarding responsibilities and special projects
• Assist in researching to locate beneficiaries and heirs when necessary
• Comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations while maintaining confidentiality

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service administrative role
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

• Experience in the insurance industry or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with claims processing or administrative duties
