Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient in basic computer applications


• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy


• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner


• Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction


• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools


• Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and promotions


• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
