What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to customer calls in a customer contact center setting
? Research and interpret company procedures to assist pharmacy customers
? Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns
? Process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters
? Uphold customer service goals of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
? Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office
? Flexibility in work schedule and completion of paid training program
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual in Spanish
? Prior inbound Call Center experience
? Previous experience working from home a plus
? Prior retail or Pharmacy experience
