Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and supporting various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance to customers with inquiries, complaints, product support, and service-related requests. ? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. ? Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and complete. ? Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, and manage account information as needed. ? Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service. ? Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction. ? Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and assist in implementing changes. ? Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and confirm satisfaction.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening and clear explanation. ? Ability to handle difficult or upset customers in a calm, respectful, and professional manner. ? Proficient in basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. ? Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality standards.
