About the position

The Call Center Representative position at Atrius Health is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities
? Receive incoming calls and inquiries from patients.

Requirements
? High school diploma or GED required.

? 1 year of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred.

? Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or similar technology required.

? Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to handle a minimum of 70 calls a day.
