Role Summary:
We are actively looking for caring Personal Care Assistants to become part of our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Joining Comprehensive Home Health Solutions means playing a vital role in fostering independence and enhancing the overall wellness of individuals in the familiar setting of their own homes.

Qualifications
? At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
? Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
? Reliable, punctual, and responsible
? Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
? Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
? Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)

Responsibilities: ? Support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting ? Prepare healthy meals and help with feeding ? Maintain a tidy and safe living environment by performing light household chores ? Offer companionship and emotional comfort through activities ? Provide individualized care according to clients' unique care plans ? Assist in improving physical health through mobility support, transfers, and exercises ? Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as necessary ? Record care activities and promptly communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor ? Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for each client
