Responsibilities
? Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
? Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions with precision.
? Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
? Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
? Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
? Assist in supervising junior staff members when required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
? Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change accurately.
? Promote sales by actively engaging with customers and suggesting additional products or services.
Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
? Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
? Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
? A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and services offered.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
