• **Process Improvement:** Actively participate in team meetings to suggest improvements in chat support processes and tools to enhance customer satisfaction.

• **Record Keeping:** Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system, ensuring all notes are clear, concise, and adhere to company policies.

• **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive communication and high-quality service delivery.

• **Feedback Utilization:** Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance personal performance and the overall customer experience.

• **Time Management:** Manage chat workloads efficiently to meet service level agreements and respond to customer queries within designated timeframes.

• **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on chat support preferred.

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus.

• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using computer-based communication tools and familiarity with customer support software. Ability to quickly learn new systems.
