Trinity Industries is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. This position is remote and part-time, with the opportunity for advancement within the company. Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service through chat support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new support strategies
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
• Experience with people management and the ability to work well in a team environment
