ARfit Sizer is looking for a motivated and dynamic Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a startup that is transforming online clothing shopping through virtual fitting room technology.

As the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at ARfit Sizer, this individual will be instrumental in shaping... the company?s future and driving its success. Working closely with the CEO and other founding team members, the Co-Founder & COO will develop and execute the company's strategic vision while managing day-to-day operations to ensure growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of ARfit Sizer's strategic and operational plans.

• Drive business growth and sales through effective marketing and partnerships.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including finance, HR, and customer support.

• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

• Represent ARfit Sizer at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or tech company.

• Strong understanding of the fashion industry and e-commerce.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational plans.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
