Zomato is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position requires strong communication skills and a passion for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

• **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• **Relationship Management:** Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and... personalized service.

• **Problem Solving:** Utilize strong analytical skills to identify client issues and propose effective solutions, ensuring timely resolution of problems.

• **Project Coordination:** Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress to ensure client objectives are met.

• **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on client status, feedback, and metrics to internal teams to inform strategies and improve service delivery.

• **Collaboration:** Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences and foster a collaborative environment.

• **Feedback Loops:** Implement and manage feedback loops with clients to continuously improve products and services based on their needs and suggestions.

• **Training and Support:** Assist in onboarding new clients, providing training and support to ensure they are effectively utilizing our platform and services.

• **Market Research:** Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for Zomato to enhance client services and overall satisfaction.

### **Requirements:**

• **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years in client relations, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage or technology sector.

• **Education:** Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• **Language Proficiency:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
