Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist clients
• Handle escalated client issues with tact and diplomacy

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a client service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
