Job Summary:

As a Client Services Chat Representative, you will be responsible for assisting students, parents, and staff with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve handling multiple chat conversations, resolving concerns, and offering prompt and courteous support. Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly to chat inquiries from students, parents, and staff. ? Provide accurate information regarding school programs, admissions, schedules, and policies. ? Assist with enrollment questions, technical support, and general concerns. ? Maintain professionalism and a friendly tone in all written communications. ? Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up. ? Maintain detailed and accurate chat logs and records. ? Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about school updates and announcements. ? Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive student information. Qualifications & Skills: ? Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or messaging support role. ? Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity. ? Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. ? Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and customer support tools. ? Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing inquiries. ? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. ? High attention to detail and accuracy. ?
