What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as the main point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
? Manage information flow accurately and in a timely manner
? Coordinate client deliverables and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
? Format internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
? Basic knowledge of business software like MS Office products, Google For Business, or similar
? Exceptional organizational and time management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
? Must hold a 4-year college/university degree

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Minimum of 2 years of full-time, professional post-graduation experience
