Job Description

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or client support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat


• Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner

• Provide feedback to management regarding client concerns and suggestions

Educational Qualifications

Experience
