  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and address more complex client concerns.
    3. **Analysis and Reporting:**
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client feedback and support trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions, common issues, and feedback for management review.
    4. **Strategic Planning:**
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance client support processes and improve the overall client experience.
  • Provide suggestions for service enhancements based on client interactions and feedback.
    5. **Training & Development:**
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and client service best practices.
  • Assist in training new hires on client support protocols and systems.
    6. **Documentation:**
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support provided, ensuring all information is up to date in the company?s CRM system.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of client interactions, solutions, and resources for internal reference.

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing support position, preferably in a remote work environment.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and ability to extract actionable insights from client feedback data.
