### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Problem Solving:** Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and propose effective solutions, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of Coca-Cola European Partners' products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • **Effective Communication:** Utilize persuasive communication skills to clearly convey information and foster positive client relationships; adapt communication style to suit different clients.
  • **Documentation:** Accurately document client interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and analyze client issues and trends.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to relay client feedback and assist in the development of strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training programs and team meetings to continually improve product knowledge, service techniques, and overall departmental performance.
  • **Entrepreneurial Mindset:** Cultivate an entrepreneurial approach to client relationships, seeking opportunities to generate leads and upsell products/services where appropriate.

### Requirements:

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or communications is a plus.
