RN Team Member Duties Include:
? Resident Support: Provide advice and support to Residents and their families.
? Health Monitoring: Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments.
? Documentation: Accurately document Resident care services in Resident and department records.
? Infection Control: Protect Residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
? Problem Resolution: Resolve Resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
? Quality Assurance: Assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies and standards of care.
? Confidentiality: Maintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.

RN Team Member Requirements/Qualifications: ? Licensing: Must hold a valid RN License. ? Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills. ? Communication: Excellent communication skills. ? Experience: Long-term care experience is a plus. ? Teamwork: Friendly demeanor and a strong team player.
