As an Entry-Level Computer Hardware Technician focusing on Enterprise Server Operations, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing enterprise server infrastructure. Training will be provided in this position. Responsibilities: ? Server Maintenance: Assist in setting up, installing, and maintaining enterprise-level servers. ? Fiber Optics Management: Handle installations and troubleshooting of fiber optic cabling within the server environment. ? Troubleshooting: Address basic technical issues, conduct diagnostics, and escalate problems when necessary. ? Procedural Adherence: Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Requirements: ? Hardware Proficiency: Basic understanding of computer hardware and a strong interest in computer hardware ? Fiber Optics Knowledge: Familiarity with or willingness to learn about fiber optic cabling in server environments. ? Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow precise procedures and maintain accuracy in execution. ? Collaborative Mindset: Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach to work. ? Education/Certification: Relevant coursework, certifications, or a degree in Computer Science or related fields is advantageous.
