3. Offer personalized recommendations and itineraries for guests based on their preferences and needs.

4. Handle guest concerns and feedback, providing solutions that go above and beyond.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of park events, new attractions, and seasonal activities.

6. Collaborate with other Disney teams to ensure a cohesive and magical guest experience.

7. Utilize CRM systems to document guest interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance future services.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.

2. Minimum of two years?xperience in customer service, hospitality, or related field.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Proficiency in using IT systems including CRM platforms.

7. A genuine love for Disney and knowledge of its products and services.
