Consumer Accounts Processing Specialist (Work Remotely Anywhere in the U.S.)

Businessolver is currently looking for a Consumer Accounts Processing Specialist.
The Processing Specialist provide administration and customer service to Businessolver clients, and business partners in support of Businessolver Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care (DCA), and other benefit plans. Also, to ensure accurate data entry into the administrative systems; to support compliance with all applicable local, state and federal benefit regulations, to ensure accuracy of reporting to vendors.
The Gig:
? Evaluate and process Health Care and Dependent Care FSA claims
? Respond to and/or contact client, client employee and colleagues as directed or required to resolve FSA product related inquiries, issues or escalations
? Research, analyze and integrate data to provide information on claim administration
? Ensure relevant employee and claim data is synchronized between Businessolver and third-party systems
? Identify, research and resolve FSA plan balance discrepancies
? Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance and streamline process flows with emphasis on automation and efficiency
? Provide Tier II phone support
? Deliver superior written and verbal customer service
? Perform other administrative and data entry tasks in related departments including but not limited to health and welfare benefits, COBRA and Retirement
? Work cross-functionally with other colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and build cohesive interdepartmental relationships
? Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the Company/Manager's discretion
What you need to make the cut:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
? Experience with Health Spending Account administration, COBRA Administration, Verification Services, LOA, Retiree Services, and Document Fulfillment a significant plus
? Can self-start and maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
? Keen attention to detail and high accuracy on processing information
? Dedication to providing exceptional customer service for both internal and external partners
? A thorough understanding and adherence to information confidentiality
? Flexibility - on this team, we roll up our sleeves and help out where help is needed and ability to adapt to change
? Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products (especially Excel and Word) or similar products and ability to use Windows and Internet web-browsing applications
? Strong written and oral communications (email/phone)
? Competitive, team player who strives for excellence
? Proven customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
? Benefit Administration experience / life and health license a plus
The pay range for this position is $14 to $22 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
