Pioneering the servicing of Amex Savings and Reward Checking Accounts that will lead the way in evolving American Express' servicing strategy ? Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to Banking customers ? Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests ? Supporting Customers with Banking transactions and funds inquiries ? Respond and resolve customer inquiries around rewards and redemption ? Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices Minimum Qualifications ? Banking Experience ? Minimum 2 Years of + Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty ? Exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication ? Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment ? Technical proficiency to manage chats and multiple applications at the same time ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills The hours of operation will fall within a 24/7 environment. This role is hybrid at our Campus in Sunrise, Florida. Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.75 hourly + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
