Requirements: ? 2+ years of copywriting, journalism, social media, video production, or editing experience with a focus on creative, lifestyle, or culture brands. ? Exceptional writing skills paired with a keen eye for design and storytelling. ? Craft, design, travel and culture enthusiast, with sensitivity to create content that resonates with VAWAA's diverse global audience. ? Deep expertise in brand marketing and content strategies, with the ability to scale a brand by repurposing content effectively across social media, newsletters, and blogs. ? Deep understanding of Instagram strategies, including best practices for posts, Reels, Stories, and engagement. ? Passionate about content trends with knowledge of current and emerging social products, editorial formats, emerging creators, and platform features. ? Ability to ideate and execute creative concepts and ideas using user-generated content. ? Expertise with social media measurement tools and reporting. ?
