What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Produce all-source intelligence analytic products on non-state actors such as terrorist and insurgency groups
• Provide analytic support to counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations, including 24/7 warning activities
• Support tracking, identifying, and managing identity information on known or suspected terrorists
• Produce timely and concise analytic reports and assessments using Microsoft Office tools
• Collaborate with other Intelligence Community members to drive information sharing and address analytic disputes

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with at least some experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches to enhance analytic arguments
• Familiarity with intelligence collection capabilities and limitations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in researching complex issues
• Experience in developing concise and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve contradictions in information
