About the role
?Visual Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for Amazon product listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
?Packaging, Label, and Logo Design: Develop compelling packaging designs, labels, and logos that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand identity across all product lines.
?Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all Amazon activities, collaborating closely with the Brand Manager to uphold brand guidelines and standards.
?Listing Optimization: Collaborate with the Brand Manager and PPC team to optimize Amazon product listings for maximum visibility and conversion rate, utilizing A/B testing strategies.
?Creative Collaboration: Work with freelancers and internal teams for various projects, including graphic design, video editing, and other creative initiatives.
?Track progress using project management software such as Clickup, Jira, or Notion.
?Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure all design elements adhere to Amazon's guidelines and policies, particularly regarding image size, resolution, and content.
?Market Research: Stay informed of market trends and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and strategies.
?Performance Analysis: Assist in analyzing key performance indicators related to design and visual content, providing insights to optimize strategies.
About you
?3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, specifically in the Amazon marketplace.
?Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
?Experience leading a team of graphic designers.
?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
?Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
?Willingness to work 8 hours a day, 5 times a week in the PST time zone.
