Job Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team in California. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities



  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, refunds, and general inquiries.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay updated on Amazon? products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor? degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.


Educational Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor? degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.


Experience



  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
