MGS has immediate openings for Customer Service Agent at Baltimore International Airport.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Status: Part Time

Objective and Essential Duties:

Provide various services such as wheelchair, security, and porter services. Exhibiting exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ensure the safety of property and people
? Provide wheelchair services ensuring that all security procedures are met.
? Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor.
? Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed.
? Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots.
? Provide security at different areas (such as door, ramp, catering, bag room)
? Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
