Working Hours: 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
? Assist customers with booking and flight changes
? Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
? Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
? Ensure compliance with Delta Airlines policies and procedures
? Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
? Process payments and refunds
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
? Offer support during emergencies or flight disruptions

Hourly Salary Range

Job Requirements
